At DAO Group Sports Management, our sharp eye for talent is our foundation. We actively search local pitches, grassroots tournaments, and regional leagues to uncover raw potential before it hits the mainstream.
Identification is only the first step; our expert management ensures that potential translates into success. We meticulously track player development, coordinate personalized training plans, and manage the crucial first steps into professional academies.
Our process blends on-the-ground scouting with cutting-edge analytical tools. We assess not just technical skills, but also mental resilience, physical growth curves, and tactical IQ. Once selected, players receive a dedicated management roadmap focused on refining their strengths and correcting weaknesses.
