At DAO Group Sports Management, our scouting network spans across Africa, Europe, and Asia. We leave no stone unturned in finding raw, untapped talent and showcasing them to top-tier clubs.
Our team provides detailed analytical reports, video breakdowns, and live assessments to ensure clubs make informed decisions. We handle the logistics, communication, and trials, making the recruitment process seamless for both the club and the player.
Our proven scouting methodology combines on-the-ground observations with modern analytical tools. We meticulously assess technical skills, tactical awareness, physical attributes, and psychological resilience. After a comprehensive evaluation, we curate a strategic profile tailored to the player's specific strengths and weaknesses. This ensures that they are not just sent to any club, but matched with the exact team philosophy, playing style, and league level where they can truly thrive and maximize their minutes on the pitch.
